Back in the late seventies, my boyfriend and I travelled by bus and tube to a fancy dress party dressed as Thunderbirds characters. That was bad enough, but when we arrived at the party no one else had bothered to dress up.

I always feel a twerp if I turn up at a party in the same dress as someone else.

Don't worry, we are all getting older and I am finding you can use that as an excuse for doing anything wrong.

Kettering / Northampton my geography tells me they are pretty close I mean it's not like you were due at Addenbrookes (Cambridge) and actualy went to Guys (London) that would have been far worse
