Ahh... I wondered what that was too

The explanation for that can be seen here:

What it means is we can have a graphic made out of a picture/photo of our choice that can be used for when we welcome new members here in the Introduction section.

Azz, our Administrator, has very kindly offered to do this for us ..... you can see an example in my welcome post to you above (that is my cat Cassie!)

If you want one made, just post a photo and the wording you would like on it, in Azz's thread which is linked in this post.
