Trouble is he has to rely on his intuition to select those that are wise and reliable and so far he has failed, which is why he keeps announcing brave new policy initiatives and a few weeks later when they have been publicly shredded they are quietly buried.
I remember reading somewhere that piling on clothing and bedding isn't the solution during harsh weather as people will still be breathing in cold, damp air and it's that that causes some of the problems. I could be wrong though.

A lot of elderly are on Warfarin, they feel the cold even more - not good !

1st..... a LibDem in the Gove was asked how he keept warm in winter he said he put on a jumper(we all do... stupid).
2nd A reported then ask a Downing St offical what DC throught about this the Downing St offical stated that he did not know what DC views where and gave out soundbite line.
3rd Three papers came out with the headline "Cameron wants you to put on a jumper" but to be fair all 3 of them they reported the fact that Cameron never stated this.
Lesson here folks dont just read the headline.
