Re: Sleep

I can't remember the last time I had 6 or 7 hours sleep, I usually get around 4-5 hours which is good for me. On bad nights, which are frequent, I clock up 2 - 3 hours sleep. I'm used to it though and don't wake up grumpy or listless .... and a cup of tea works wonders

I rarely nod off during the day.

Re: Sleep

It really is miserable isn't it, at least my sleeplessness does end or will when Elsie sleeps through the night. And a few painkillers before bed work wonders I find. Probably shouldn't save them up like I do but if I take a bigger dose before bed I do sleep better. Not recommending anyone else tries it though !

Re: Sleep

I need me seven hours, I'm up at 5.45 anyway but even then some nights I can't get to sleep and it can become a vicious circle if I start thinking too much about it.
Lie in tomorrow so won't be tired tomorrow night!

Re: Sleep

I go to bed about midnight and am always up at 5:30am - can't cope with more than that. I sleep very deeply as soon as my head touches the pillow and have to be up as soon as my eyes open.

Re: Sleep

It depends... If I am sober I get about 2-3 hours sleep and wake up feeling like a zombie, or if I am drunk I will get 6-7 hours sleep and feel even more like a zombie!! All in all, I don't sleep very well!
