I can't remember the last time I had 6 or 7 hours sleep, I usually get around 4-5 hours which is good for me. On bad nights, which are frequent, I clock up 2 - 3 hours sleep. I'm used to it though and don't wake up grumpy or listless .... and a cup of tea works wondersRe: Sleep

It really is miserable isn't it, at least my sleeplessness does end or will when Elsie sleeps through the night. And a few painkillers before bed work wonders I find. Probably shouldn't save them up like I do but if I take a bigger dose before bed I do sleep better. Not recommending anyone else tries it though !Re: Sleep
