Re: Close encounters..
A friend and I were making our way down to the bus station for the last bus from Glasgow to our town. We had been at a popular disco in Glasgow and we were about 18. Didn't drink alcohol. Were only interested in dancing. Anyway, you have to pass through the supposed "red light" district which was very quiet, other than two men walking towards us. They walked past and one of them grabbed my handbag. I held on and my friend actually threw a can of juice at them. They quickly scarpered. I was traumatised. Next thing a police officer appeared from nowhere and we ran towards him and told him what had happened. He said they probably thought we were prostitutes and would be wanting to bag for our takings. It was a horrible experience. Another time a friend and I were in the same area and there was a woman, on her own, in a doorway. What a life! I worked in both Amsterdam and Hamburg (almost 4 years in total). Amsterdam was OK once you got to know it, but I really loved Hamburg and have been back there many times.Re: Close encounters..
My twin sister and I were sitting on the grass by the river having a picnic with our young children.Re: Close encounters..
I had a man flashing in a Reliant Robin, blue, I still remember the reg number (1975), once I was in a car park in Brecon when a coach load of rugby players got off a coach unzipped and ran about peeing everywhere!
