Re: What Nationality

Next to being an Irishman I would love to be Scottish, to me it's the most natural thing to be, we have so much in common, anyway I'm sure our family have some Scottish blood as our surname is more Scottish than Irish. We have many different nationalities in our family and my daughter in law is Italian, but I don't think I'd make a good Italian, all that body language is a bit too hectic for me, besides I hate pizzas and spahgetti

Re: What Nationality

I'm a bit of a mix to start with, French father, English mother but if I could choose I think I'd go for Singaporean, oh I just love that place and could be quite happy there I'm sure.

Would you really want to live in such an extreme state-controlled country?

Although I have to say that the Singaporeans that I know are all lovely people.

I think I might choose Hungarian. Or maybe Spanish.

Re: What Nationality

Of all the places I have ever travelled, I thought that Canada, particularly Toronto, was the most relaxed, happy, well-integrated place. Not sure I'dd want to change and be Canadian though ... I'm happy as I am!

Re: What Nationality

I'd be German - (but it would be N. Germany). I love the country, the food, the wine and the beer - and their engineering is superb.

Re: What Nationality

Although I was born in the south east of London parents my grandparents were of irish origin and when I travelled there I felt so much at home, so I guess since I was always called Biddy from Cork as a child then that is not far from where I would choose to be. The Ring of Kerry would suit me fine.
