Sausage rolls are a real pain to make and disappear in no time and there's all that HORRIBLE washing up to do

Meg, do you make a separate batch for your grandchildren without alcohol in?
because the mincemeat isn't cooked the alcohol helps it to keep. As the mince pies are cooked at 180 the alcohol should 'cook out'
