What a lovely old face, Nero. I'm amazed he's 12, as I didn't think they had a very long lifespan. You must be very proud of him, he's gorgeous.

Yes he is most definately a Newfoundland. Nero posted in 2009 and at the time we had two Newfies so we exchanged some thoughts on this wonderful breed. Our Baruska would never get on the bed in fact she rarely came inside (She died June26th. 2013) Rianna was the same except when she had one of her 'phantom pregnancies' and I can tell you there wasn't much room left for two humans when she did P.S.
