Sir Phillip 'Wide Boy Spiv. should be heavily fined for misappropriating Company funds and causing a great deal of stress to his loyal workers.Returning a few £million is a drop in the ocean for him and his greedy wife.
He most definately should not keep his title 'Sir'
Of course at one time he had Blair. and Cameron. fawning all over him.

Such bad judjment
Personally I would take his boat out into waters full of shark and tie him to the anchor and his missus if she won't give up his millions and just drop them into the water and let the sharks do the rest.
Its what they deserve.
No one seems to be bothered about the suffering he as already caused to the people he as swindled and possibly killed because of it through ill health.
