Hi everybody.I'm late on parade today.
I had a steroid injection for trochanteric bursitis yesterday and there was something in that injection that made me incredibly sleepy. I slept most of the afternoon and was nodding off all evening. Most surprising I slept this morning till 11.00!! Seeing as I am supposed to rest my leg I asked Tony to bring me a cup of coffee and so I stayed in bed till almost 1.00 reading my book.
Well they did tell me to rest it for 48 hrs so I am doing.
This afternoon he's going to push me round Tesco's in a wheelchair. Oh such excitement.

Yes but it was bearable. I suppose it depends where it's being injected - mine was into soft tissue. I must admit I clenched my jaws together.
