I remember traveling on roads like that in Corsica. They didn't seem that scary till you saw the remains of cars that didn't make it... but the bus drivers just viewed it as a normal day's work!
OMG , I'd die with fear . Many years ago went on a coach up in the mountains of Spain and stupidly sat on the back seat . We were hanging over the edge as the bus turned the corners , people were being sick and crying . I've hated heights ever since . Also when young was a passenger in a car driving the Pyrenees mountains , a tiny broken wall between us and death , it was horrible . Never again

Yes I have driven on those roads too Twinks particularly scary after heavy rain. Falling rocks and mud on the road is not a good combination.
I saw a documentary type film about India - the roads and drivers using it appeared suicidal the way they drove. Horrendously scary, in some cases the wheels were just about over the edge
Didn't Top Gear go to India to do dangerous roads? ... I feel a Google moment coming on
