Good morning everybody.

I'm continuing to try returning to my normal routine, so today I'm going to my keep fit class - the first time for a month. I may only be able to do some of the moves as my trapped nerve isn't properly better yet but I'll do what I can.

After the class I may spend the afternoon pottering in the garden. It's a lovely day.

Good morning - It's sunny here and I've hung the washing out to dry. Going to Eastleigh on the train later to see our grandson.

Morning all

Very bright but crisp here in Leeds today, I think its going to be a nice day.

Been on jury service all week and it's been horribly boring just sitting about waiting to get a trial and finally I have a trial to start anytime now, hopefully the case won't crash .

It's freezing in this courthouse jury waiting room the think it's height of summer and put freezing aircon on!

Carol enjoy your keep fit, glad to hear you feel well enough after that awful trapped nerve.
