Re: Emmerdale
To be honest I am not really sure on this one. It was deemed an accidental death, there was never any suggestion of foul play. And as has already been pointed out, a charge of murder presupposes that there was an intention to cause a persons death. I know people have been charged with manslaughter after pushing or even punching someone to the ground who have then subsequently sustained brain trauma and died but that has usually been on a road or pavement where there is a hard surface and it could therefore be argued that the person doing the pushing/punching did so without due care. But Belle pushed her away on grass, how was she to know that the girl would hit her head on the one rock in the area?Re: Emmerdale
Re: Emmerdale
I hope she keeps the money. Didn't she lose some in the past? Or has been poor since losing the job with Mr James? I know she was pleading poverty at some stage.Re: Emmerdale
