Yes, I make my own salmon patties from canned salmon. Occasionally I'll use fresh salmon, but mostly canned. I add chopped onion to the mix and sometimes, if I have them on hand, chopped bell pepper (green, red, yellow, etc).Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Hiya Folks,haven't been around for a wee while as I've been busy decorating/gardening etc'...I always find when I'm really busy I don't think about food,and usually lose a few Lbs..I've also cut down more on bread & Potatoes and am eating more salads,fish,chicken & home made veg' soups..onwards and downwards AllRe: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Hi May--good to see you back---busy is good--always easier when the weather improves--i just made a huge amount of tomato soup yesterdasy--enough for 8 portions---I just take one out add add some extras day by day--beans, pasta, veg etc etc.i have cut down on bread so much, i never thought thast i could--i have maybe 2 slices a week--one loaf lasts ages !!!!Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
