Hate to say it fellas, but I think you need to dumb your clues down a bit. Am finding your parsing pretty hard, even though I'm a fairly avid crossword solver.

Sorry Dex, you’re right but I think it’s partly that we’ve already covered a lot of the well known or successful films and it’s getting harder to find straightforward clues for the rest. However I’ll try and the next one is slightly different:
