OMG snow! Winter's hanging tough in Scotland, isn't it? Cloudy and chilly here, 5 C (41 F), another big rain storm coming by late evening and supposed to rain all day tomorrow with flooding in low lying areas.

Had a bit of everything today.....rain, sleet, hailstones, strong wind and sunshine at times......dry at moment, but chilly and very windy....

Gloomy, mild and rainy here: 11 C (51 F; so far 1.28" with much heavier rain expected in the afternoon.

We are under a Winter Weather Warning for heavy wet snow of 5 to 8 inches (which would be 12.7 to 20.32 centimeters .... if I am correct -- I'm probably wrong though). Plus winds gusting from 15 to 30 miles per hour (24 to 48 kilometers per hour). It is snowing outside now at 0035 hours & the winter weather is to continue through tomorrow evening or longer.

Schools around here will probably either have a 2 hour delay or will close for the day. Since my house is a corner house, I'll have the darn snow-plow to deal with to clear my driveway, which is not any fun with my bad back.

Did anyone read or hear that Greece & Turkey got hit with a snowstorm? I read the article on NOAA's site. NOAA = National Oceananic an Atmospheric Administration. That was unusual.

It is dry at the moment but we could have rain or sunshine, why do the weather forcasters get paid, anyone can guess the weather.
