Yes, it was nice, too, 10c and sunny.

Hi, Ffosse. I know you are a bundle of nervous energy with your mind racing and having trouble sleeping, but how are you feeling? Is it good to be home? Are you eating well enough?

I'm pleased to see you around the forum on different topics.

I'm still feeling a little wired from the reducing dose of steroids - feel a lot of excitability. And it's not been easy to switch off.

Yes it's good to be home (but I'm still dreading what they might tell me at the hospital tomorrow; no point, I know).

I've been able to sleep fairly well after the first 2 nights, Sat/Sun which were bliss after getting out.

Am about to treat myself to a meal in a nice place - I believe I deserve one as I don't tend to eat out that way very often.

My appetite is fine - and thank goodness my constipation is over.

Changed my mind and had the Philly Cheese Steak instead - I was hungry and it filled me up. It's the type of establishment which is very busy in the mornings and at night, but quiet during the day.

They have their downstairs 'Burrow".

Nice looking place and meal, Ffosse, but where's the pint of real ale?

No, no drink for me - not even tempted with all my meds.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Of course, afterwards I popped into the local Mental Health advice shop and had a cup of tea and two biscuits with them. I feel I need a lie-down now, or at the very least a simple sandwich for my main meal tonight.

The food exceeded my expectations and wasn't dear at all.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Well I slept from 10 'til 3 then that was me for the night. Nerves about today's news. I suppose whatever they uncover will require further scans to determine it's shrinkage (I hope).

I'm just rambling, really, with no-one to read me at this time of the morning (although it's coming up 6:45).
