Sadly, the penny has yet to drop for Harry, if it ever does.

I am very dubious and I still think that film of him running for a cornet was set up. He hadn't met 'The Meg' at that time so was not quite so good with acting skills.

He sounds like someone who once understood duty and self discipline, but unfortunately has now got himself involved with someone who doesnt's seem to have ever understood, yet alone apply the concept.
