Two personal bests this afternoon, which surprised me as well as pleased me. I did 1590 "moves" in total, across all the machines (I've asked them to clarify what "moves" are, because my actual rep total is 1186 in total) and burnt 667 Calories in the process. Extraordinary workout, Tachyon. You must really be feeling good about you fitness to have bounced back from your setback so rapidly. Migraines are nasty, and you are a tough one to be even thinking about typing. Do you take medications to keep them at bay?Re: Post your daily exercise routine

Unfortunately I didn't get to carry out my planned routine today as the key piece of equipment I wanted to use - the leg press - was in pieces! That scuppered my motivation and after a quick few minutes on the E-Z curl preacher bench (which I had planned) I left. Dunno why, but I couldn't be botheredRe: Post your daily exercise routine
Thanks, Floydy, very kind of you to say so. You do a lot heavier weights though! I'm still building up, really, and it will be a long while yet before I can improve on the weights I am currently doing.
