Nice bright day here, change from the constant rain of the past few weeks, looking across the lake to the mountains the other side i see the first new snow on the tops, sign that we are on the way to winter AGAIN!

Today day started overcast with occasional sunny spell...... at present it is sunny with the odd whispy white cloud and a comfortable 19ºC...

The chill is here, was 10 C when I got up, now at a bit after 11 am it's warmed all the way to 13 C (54 F)!! Brrr! Normal high for this time of year is 27 C. I really dislike cold weather .....

Eileen darlin' - gonna make you deeply jealous now - early part of this week (got home Tuesday night) was lounging on a hotel balcony, smothered in sun lotion in temperatures of over 34oC. Although its sunny here today and with a seasonal average temperature of around 21oC - I still think its chilly as I haven't yet fully acclimatised back to UK weather.

My weather too Uncle Joe. According to this weatherbug site it's 20C here so quite nice really. Eileen, you must be freezing at 13C.

Almost 2 pm and up to 17 C, clouded over. Haven't opened the windows today. Glad Phoebe got her walk.
