Terrible accident Shirley. I hope the table came off worse than yourself.

Poor you Shirley. It sounds like a long slow road back but as time goes on recovery will speed up, good luck and don't let it get you down.

Goodness me Shirley, I am terribly sorry to hear of your accident. I did wonder where you had gone.

It is frightening when something like that happens. I have never had it happen to me personally, but my mother-in-law fell down the stairs earlier this year and although she was OK (just a few bumps and scrapes) she was very weary of climbing or descending the stairs for a fair while afterwords.
