I don't know about rigged but I reckon it'll be dead close and we'll stay in.Which might be interesting. Farage's ambition has always been to see the UK out of the EU. I imagine he's wondering whether he'll be able to retire from politics...or whether UKIP, as a party, will have no drum left to bang... or a No vote will see it's membership rocket?

I understand Ms Sturgeon wants IN, so will be wanting another Scottish referendum if it goes the other way.
