One of my schoolfriends lives within walking distance but we don't see each other that often, although we did go to the local carvery with him and his wife just last week.Re: Old friends and different paths in life
One of my best childhood/teenage friends and I connected via social media about 5 years ago. We were talking and each said to the other that we thought the other one was the really cool one when we were teenagers, and we each looked up to the other one. Funny.Re: Old friends and different paths in life

Depends on how 'old' your friends are Floyd. my very old friends from childhood/teens have all moved on never to be seen, but I have one dear friend of over 40 years, but she now lives in Birmingham, many miles from me, so we seldom see each other, Another friend of over 40 years has recently died.I would love to get in to get in touch with some of my 'early' friends, but have no idea where they are ,a couple went to America .Ive tried advertising in 'Where are you now ' columns but had no luckRe: Old friends and different paths in life
