I'm sorry for only giving half the story, the £1.19 was Diesel, Tesco's petrol was £1.16 a litre. How come diesel is more expensive than petrol when diesel always used to be the cheapest?

We bought Diesel at 1.06 on Monday Morning , by the time we came home it was then 1 33 litre
OMG that's a piss take.
