Greek Yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, small handful of almonds drizzled with Manuka honey. That was my breakfast. I'm having cheese omelette with baked beans for lunch. I usually have Banana & lentil curls as snacks during the day.Re: The healthy eating challenge!
