My late mother always said Liquorice will give you a run for your money If not add prunes to eat as well

Not so sure about that as I have a bad case of wind from eating some cheesy baps.

Oh, and perhaps I should mention the glass or 2 of cider I had with it.

For lunch after running 5 miles.

Well if you take that stuff, it still aint gonna stop you getting windy if you stuff yourself with baps and drink cider after a run.
We've told you what we think - don't take it.
