I have not bothered with birthdays for years mine or anyone else's Most of mine were not events growing up and when I got baptized as a JW l no longer celebrated them. I would rather have a gift as a surprise that have a special day for them.

Yes we are mad in this House. Birthdays and Christmas we buy each other including the Cat, and she buys us (well I buy it).

Not sure I'd call it celebrating these days
but we usually have a meal out somewhere and my daughter and grandson always make sure I'm spoiled with pressies and hugs.Happy birthday, Floydy..
