I always thought the "vapors" were primarily a feminine affliction anyway. One usually has to be pretty scandelous to "vaporize" a guy... But then people of "dubious background" can accomplish much.. right? lol!

My dad had a Ford 8 & my first car was an Austin A30, grey as the Vanguard of Jimmy.

As we seem to be attempting to raise standards, did anyone have a car with one of those little flags on the bonnet ...... or perhaps a standard flying over ones battlements to show thet one waz at 'ome? Ones friends are always welcome for tea and cucumber sarnies ....
