Lots of upper class men probably have children all over the place without paying to keep them, it's the CSA's fault that any father doesn't contribute. If they did their job properly it may encourage these men to keep it in their trousers! There's no reason to believe that the mother's aren't working or bringing up their children to be decent hard working people. As a single Mum who has had very little help apart from £5 a week child support, I find some remarks made offensive!
