I don't worry about much these days, why do today what can be put off 'til tomorrow is how I feel. When I think about things I worried myself sick over, I got through them and I'm still here! Well just about!

I often have my head full of stuff that's not at all important, to which I have attached an inordinate amount of importance.

This is very very silly, a total waste of time and energy and I should discard it all and become more positive .... so there.
