I love a swede and spud mash with bangers in a thick onion gravy, or a quickie meal, swede and spud mash with a thick onion gravy which has been made using the veggie water, and while mash is being prepared and served, place slices of corned beef onto the top of the gravy, stir in, and pour onto the mash. Childhood favourite and still is to this day.
