Yes Carol, it must be incredibly difficult being a carer for someone very demented. That's the thing, it's awful for the sufferer, but your heart goes out to the carer who doesn't have their own life anymore. We're fortunate my dad is in early stages. Doesn't stop you worrying though. It's a cruel disease.

Glad to hear he is home Alice, hope you all get the support you need, there does seem help out there but it's a fight to get to it.

Thanks Julie. Yes, you read and hear about the help, but it doesn't always come easy. Another lack of financial resources.
