Dead right, Joe.
Grilled or fried or barbequed they tend to 'stew' and lose moisture.
Tough as boot leather and not much flavour.
They are very low-fat (and very low cholesterol).
But casseroled, stewed, slow-cooked ... absolutely fine.

The strange thing is that here in my part of Aus, roo-steaks are dearer than beef ???
