Yes I wouldn't say my job is any more important than anyone else's I like to think we are a team without me the place would be filthy but without the sales team I wouldn't get paid so we all need each other. Lovely people there as they always make me feel part of the team, they are only reason I survived the bullying couple of years ago and they stood up for me at the height of it despite me not even being part of their company so they could have said nothing to do with them.

My thoughts, exactly.

Bullying has no place in a civilised society, unfortunately some bosses go on a power trip once they get promotion or the chance to earn that bit extra.

It's nice to know you've come through it and upbeat about the future.
