I bought a gorgeous but cavernous bag in Italy during the summer hols.
I've just emptied its contents. ..
An umbrella
Art journal which doubles up as diary
Purse
Pens and pencil
Memory stick
Keys
Lipstick
Body spray
Industrial strength hand cream
And just for today.. an instamatic camera

Oh and the sunglasses which were still on my head
And the phone I used to photograph.. and am using now to post!

No, but when I found that Gif, I couldn't resist Art.

The handbag usually has: mobile phone, my Freedom travel pass, flat keys (and car if driving), purse with cash and cards, another metal card holder with a few store cards (no, not Visa ones), a Radar key, manicure scissors as I'm always breaking nails, another set of scissors (kept separate to identify) for cutting sauce sachets, a supermarket trolley token, a diary, a notebook containing all my health issues, meds etc (a trick I learned from sister in law), umpteen receipts. And currently a gift card, waiting to be spent.

A separate bag or the backpack will contain: reading and long distance glasses, bottle of water, tissues, my cash book and daily spend notebook with pen, usually a newspaper or mag or a book. Hand cream. An umbrella if it's raining. Comb. Sometimes paracetamol.

In mine is Purse , Bus pass,Comb ,Tissues,Mobile,
A quiz book that is for long coach trips , Pen ,
A letter from Hospital for emergencies.
Keys ,If im going away an extra pair of Glasses in case a pair gets broken
Painkillers, anti acid tablets .
+ Carrier Bag.

Mine handbag has:

My purse,
Comb,
Tissues and wet wipes,
Pens and small notepad.

Depending on what I am wearing, my phone is either in my zipped coat pocket or my bag.
Keys are usually in my pocket too.

I need to put some scissors in mine, a good idea for those silly sachets that don't tear open.

Don't they drive you nuts!
I usually take them back to the counter and ask her them open them if I can't.
