Those are Herring Gulls. Not just in Cornwall either we get our fair share here too, even in the garden..

I've eaten the odd bag of chips, but I prefer to eat in comfort

Re: Do You Eat Food Whilst Walking In The Street?

Ive been known to eat while on the move ,like the time on Lincoln Castle wall, and in the street, there's an art to it though , I leave the whole sandwich or Cob or sausage roll in the bag and break off bite size pieces , unless i'm sitting down in a park , then I might get the whole Cob out and bite into it ..

I prefer to eat in cafes, but on very rare occasions, I might eat a pastie with a cup of tea, but would always try to stand out of the way, I wouldn't eat and walk ( men can't multitask anyway) unless I had an ice cream, then maybe stroll around,

No, it's common as anything. I'm not talking about having a sandwich in the park or an ice-cream at the beach, but people stuffing themselves full of rubbish as they're walking down the road.

What's wrong with waiting until indoors?

I may be the product of a council house and grew up on a rough council estate but I would never eat anything while walking down the street. So uncouth.

Definitely not Art. That is for the young only. I prefer my take-away to be brought to my kitchen by HWMO's who fetched by car.
