Sprouts, boiled, or stir-fried, or with bacon.
Carrots
Swede
Broccili
Cauliflower
Parsnips
Green beans

Mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn are sadly now banned due to my stoma.


Potatoes, in any form.

almost everything - except sprouts (Yuk)
I ate sprouts the other day when my wife roasted them with oven veggies. I think it was the first time since I was about 16 years old. They were great.
