Still abnormally cold here: a bit after 11 am and only 8 C (46 F), a real shock to the system after the low twenties. And cloudy also, although the wind has died down.

Was disappointed today, it started off lovely then a fine misty rain came with strong winds.....was supposed to be the last of the 'summer' days today before the change tomorrow.

Looks like the end of our hot sunny spell ...... a blanket of cloud has replaced the blue sky, with a hint of showers during the night....

Not too bad in Cumbria, was still overcast with a few showers on and off and the sun tried its best to put in an appearance and we did get a nice sunset

With a bit of luck, and a lot of breeze, they will end up in next doors garden, she has more room than me, and she is organic.

Much the same here north of the border but the forecast for Sat. is a sunny with a high of 22. Bring on the weekend!
