Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
Yes we are being very open with her and at 4 she is making her own choices about meat, I am sure she will go through phases as she grows as her mother did but ultimately she chose vegetarianism as I have. My nephews too have a vegetarian diet so we only have the one meat eater these days really.Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
Several years ago, when I lived in the midlands, my best friend would have her entire family around for dinner on a Sunday (five children + partners + assorted kiddies) one grandson would insist that all he wanted was 'taters and gravy' (although his mother insisted that at home he ate what everyone else had). We wondered if this was a veggie in the making, until Jacquie realised that whilst she was carving the chickens and plating up the dinners, he would be walking along and helping himself to choice morsels of meat from each plate.
