Yes, a know a chap who goes to the elderly's gym, he's always trying to get me to go, he goes 3 times a week and says its very good. They work out an exercise plan for you, according to your capabilities. I keep meaning to look into it but always get side tracked with something else cropping up. It's only a fraction of the price of the more trendy gyms.
(You never know Patsy, and I'd make sure you're the first to know if you needed to buy a new hat!

Only yesterday we were parked outside a gym, it was 9am and all coming out was the oldies, they certainly start early
