I say this Friday and a week on Friday; seldom will I say next Friday.

In Spanish it's El Viernes que viene which means the Friday which comes.

Just after midnight tomorrow night next Friday will be the 19th.

But by just after midnight on Wednesday...it will be the 26th!!
