In those days all the kids always seemed to have running away somewhere in the back of their minds when things weren't working out at home, the sea was the most popular choice I think.Ah RJ, you are such a kind soul, Phyllis says to me "What are you going to be when you grow up Jimmy?" Yes you are dead right, I was listening to one of Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer stories when I was lazing in the sun yesterday, I love the way he writes, a wisecrack a minute.
Did you know that 'Wisecrack' comes from the gaelic word craic, pronounced crack, meaning fun, of course you did, as the builder said to the kitchen wall "One more crack like that and I'll plaster you"
