I'm in the no title or label camp. Mrs, Miss or Ms tells you a person is female and tends to indicate their marital status or that they don't really want to use one.
Mr just tells you that the person is male but doesn't indicate anything about his marital status.
I suppose that could be called sexist or discriminatory if one wanted to make an issue of it. If we had just one title for females and one for males I might feel differently.
A title of Reverend or Doctor pertains to either gender so that's ok
As for having yet another title for transgenders, that just seems plain daft to me!

Sounds bit daft ,just in the mids of writing tothe tax office , haven't a clue who opens the letter , so do I put dear sirs and madam , or dear sirs , madam and transgenders

It should be an optional choice for these people, if they want to be like this surely they would have they say first?
There's worse things than this to be worrying about in this Country!

It is optional no one is saying anyone should be forced. It's just nice they have a choice I think.

I think when in doubt you put Dear Sir.
But if you know the name of the person you're dealing with then you should use that.
