She lives in a huge city and I'm so used to being in the rural where everything is happily on one block. LOL
Ah I was looking for this when I sent my replies to everyone but didn't know where it was. I have been lost in a restaurant before now, I'd gone out a different door and couldn't find my car so thought it had been stolen. I blame Beryl she's rubbish at directions, she says things like We've passed that field before, I recognise it (no she doesn't and we've never been that way before) or Yes I remember this road followed by well I think it was this road (when we're completely lost, It's a good job we're never going anywhere in particular, well mostly we're not. We did have one case last Year in Wales when we were going to wherever it was via the coast road ie by the sea, I said Beryl Why are we going in between mountains if this road is by the sea? She couldn't answer that so we turned back it appears we'd turned left instead of right but she hadn't been reading the sign she was looking at the scenery. It's a good job I don't always take notice of her and we always end up laughing.

Really, I didn't even know what a forum was, had this marvelous idea if computer was that good it would know the answer to my questions so any probs I ask it, kept sending me to forums I'd do what I thought it said then take it back to my nice repairer man who told me to stop going on forums what started as quite an easy prob to fix was 10 times harder by time I'd finished cos I didn't know what I was doing or they were talking about.

Re: Hello everyone

The only "forums" which can be dangerous are Facebook and Twitter as they're global networking sites.

Hazel, I do hope you have a good anti-spyware installed and an anti-virus as well.

Any questions about your computer, ask in Technology on here, and somebody will be along to help.

Ha well you struck gold here Hazel, I know everything there is to know about anything. Or if I don't I can give a pretty good impression I know what i'm talking about while I change the subject, which reminds me, didn't the daffodils flower early this year.

I'm told I have I don't know and unfortunately I don't understand computer terminology or pics either so when I turned radiator off, I didn't know what Wi Lan was and had disconected my internet connection and when I asked my repairer man could he get me a microphone he pointed to a pic and said You've got one built in, wondered what the ice cream cornet was about. He went into hysterics when someone started trying to explain photoshop to me, I thought it was like Bonusprint.
