I made the carrot/swede mash, with butter, salt and pepper. And a dash of Dijon.
Didn't say boo to the hubby about what it was, but I was sure enjoying it.
After the meal, and a couple of good burps, he wanted to know what I did with the carrots! He approves, and says thank you!
