I ran away, well actually toddled off.

I was emigrating to Canada to get away from little sister.

I was 5 at the time.

I was 14 in 1957,just had My first pair of nylons and highheeled shoes,became a School Prefect and Captain of the netball team..also prayed every night for a bust (which I didn't get until two years later)..First heard the Everly Brothers sing 'Bye Bye love' on the radio,and fell madly in love with Them...ah! yes..I remember it well
