I do that too, most nights, wake several times early A.M. usually needing the loo too, but then I stay in bed til 9.30 or so. If I got up at a sensible time I'd sleep better at night & so on, but I never learn, except when I'm doing something early the next day. The night after getting up early, I sleep well & wake after 6/7 hours sleep. If only I could leave my bed at a sensible time every day.
