I am afraid the concept of 'a bread maker' has passed me by

I make my own bread by hand, it is quick and easy to do and so I am not sure why anyone would need a machine to do this or indeed how it can do
everything .
The flour is weighed out the night before, the butter rubbed in.
The yeast is 'frothed' in the morning while I eat breakfast then the dough is kneaded for ten mins,
While I take Chloe out and wash the kitchen floor the dough proves.
It is then shaped which takes 5 mins and is proved again before going in the oven
