Walloper refers to 'that thing'....
Rocket just means a wee bit ' daft in the heid'...an eejit , in other words.
There are plenty of other Scots terms that refer to the likes of Purwell. We have a very creative and all encompassing dialect where that's concerned. Comes from the Scottish tradition of no' suffering fools.
