I hate waste but if my cup of tea goes cold, l might take a couple of sips but l am only drinking it for the sake of it.
In the end, l say to myself, ‘Don’t be such a tightwad, chuck it away and make a fresh one. So l do!

I don't want anymore than four, which are more than enough for me. If I didn't have any hot drinks in a day it wouldn't bother me at all. I drink water to ensure I am hydrated properly. I never feel thirsty so have to have specific times when I have my drinks otherwise I wouldn't drink at all.

I've surprised myself and actually enjoyed it.

As for coffee, I only have 2 cups a day. Any more and I find it makes me anxious.

I have a cup of coffee with my breakfast and one mid morning, a cup of tea with my lunch and one mid afternoon. My husband has even less hot drinks than me, only three per day, but has to drink a lot of water because of his bladder problems.
